These terms cover your use of Holiday Tracker. By creating an account, you agree to them.
A tool for tracking shared holiday costs and payment plans within a group of travellers. It is not a payment processor. It does not move money, store card or bank details, or process real transactions of any kind. It only records who owes what and who's marked as having paid — actual money still changes hands between travellers however they choose (bank transfer, cash, another app, etc.), entirely outside Holiday Tracker.
You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your password secure. You must be old enough in your country to enter into these terms.
Don't use Holiday Tracker for anything illegal, to harass anyone, or to try to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service. We may suspend or delete accounts that do.
You keep ownership of whatever you enter (holiday details, notes, cover photos, feedback). By entering it, you give us permission to store and display it back to you and to the travellers you invite, purely to provide the service.
Some links (e.g. "Find hotels in...") go to Booking.com via an affiliate link, and the site may show Google-served ads. We aren't responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third-party sites.
Holiday Tracker is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will be available at all times, error-free, or that any figures it calculates are accurate — always double-check who's actually paid what with your group before relying on it for anything important.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of the service, including any disagreement between travellers about money that the app merely helped track.
You can request account deletion at any time from My Account. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms occasionally; the date at the top will reflect the latest version.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
